How the Trade‑In Works (Ireland)

- Upgrade window: Purchase a TM7 from me Joanna between 1–31 December 2025.
- Cashback value: Up to €450 towards your new TM7
- €450 when you trade in a TM6
- €250 when you trade in a TM5 or older
- After purchase:
- Within a week: You’ll receive an email confirming your order and next steps.
- In January: You’ll get a second email confirming your returns box is on the way.
- Pack and return: Place your old Thermomix in the returns box and drop it at your nearest DPD drop box (remember to put the returns label inside the box).
- Confirmation: Wait for an email confirming we’ve received your old machine.
- Get paid: You will receive your cashback within the next 21 days.
